Understand your treatment
Professional cleaning and gum care
Professional cleaning removes plaque and tartar deposits that brushing alone cannot remove. Gum disease may require treatment beyond a routine cleaning. An evaluation helps make that distinction.
Preparing for your evaluation
- Tell us about bleeding, sensitivity or discomfort when brushing.
- We examine your teeth and gums before recommending treatment.
- We discuss home care and follow-up visits.
How much does dental cleaning cost?
The cost depends on your gums and the type of cleaning required. Message us to ask about the evaluation and what your quote includes, so you can plan your visit with clear information.
Ask about my evaluation ↗Questions about this treatment
Is a cleaning the same as teeth whitening?
No. Cleaning removes deposits; whitening aims to lighten tooth color. We can assess which is appropriate for your goals.
What if my gums bleed?
Mention it during your visit. Bleeding deserves an assessment to identify the cause and suitable care.
Can I book a cleaning on Saturday?
Yes, the clinic’s hours include Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Message us to confirm an available appointment.
